KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Area Management

· Ability to manage client relationships and ensure that their staffing requirements are delivered across the region.

· Accurate scheduling on C247 for each of your clients’ requirements, on a weekly basis.

· Ensuring venues are fully staffed, covering any short notice and ad hoc requirements which will include late nights at weekends. Main coverage of this is performed on a Friday and Saturday evening.

· Owning your recruitment activity, organising and conducting weekly face-to-face recruitment sessions, ensuring we are working with the best people in the sector.

· Strengthening client relationships through timely provision of information, staffing updates and recommendations.

· Conducting client satisfaction surveys weekly during Client Thursdays.

· Where non-conformances or problems are identified, ensure corrective action is taken and recorded.

· Ensuring customer complaints are recorded and the procedure for dealing with complaints is followed.

· Ensuring that the company’s high standards for uniform and compliance are implemented and maintained.

· Carrying out Friday and Saturday night peak visits on every venue at least once per month.

· Carrying out Risk Assessments and Assignment Instructions on C247 for all new venues and for existing venues where required.

· Winning new business and venues via networking and client visits.

C247 System

· Ensuring C247 is updated with 100% accuracy to reflect all shifts, venues roles times, and staff names.

· Ensuring the C247 system and rotas are updated up to 3 weeks in advance

· Assisting staff to onboard through the system, ensuring all documentation including Right to Work, SIA licences and screening information required are provided and assisting vetting wherever necessary to ensure full compliance

· Liaising with third party C247 support

Compliance / Admin

· Ensuring that all DS have valid and up to date SIA licences.

· Ensuring that each venue’s box file is has the documents required at all times and replenishing where necessary.

· Ensuring that all Door Supervisors have signed off induction training documents within the venue files.

· Completing incident reports, ensuring detailing is accurate and reported immediately through to your line manager, and responding promptly to further requests from the compliance team.

· Collating signed timesheets and liaising with payroll to ensure all hours are inputted correctly against the venues and staff.

· Following the correct processes for the distribution of uniform. to staff and ensuring payroll are informed of uniform charges

· Adhering to company fuel card policy – the fuel card will pay for your business mileage only – personal mileage will be deducted each month.

· Escalating any HR matters from door supervisors to your Head of Operations / Operations Director immediately and following company instruction.

Essential Skills

· Confident and professional – client facing.

· SIA licence.

· Knowledge of SIA licensing requirements

· Reliability and discretion.

· Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.

· Time management – planning and prioritising.

· Good database and system skills, updating daily and keeping information up to date will ensure exceedance in this role.
