KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of all marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are well-organised, timely, and aligned with the Group’s strategic goals.
  • Operational Oversight: Act as a key coordinator, managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth and efficient marketing operations.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Facilitate communication across all departments, allowing the Group Head of Marketing to focus on strategy while ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyse marketing activities, providing data-driven insights to improve effectiveness.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across all group brands, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Content Strategy: Content creation for websites, social media, blogs, and other platforms to enhance brand messaging and engagement.
  • Graphic Design: Create and edit marketing materials using the company’s design software, ensuring brand consistency across all visual content.
  • Website Optimisation: Manage WordPress CMS to maintain visually appealing, SEO-optimised websites, continuously enhancing online presence and reporting progress.
  • Market & Customer Insights: Research market trends and customer needs to create compelling communication materials and content.
  • Budget Management: Effectively allocate marketing budgets to maximise return on investment.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor our Marketing Apprentice, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and growth through clear direction and constructive feedback.
  • Innovation & Industry Engagement: Implement emerging marketing techniques, organise and promote events, sponsorships, and partnerships, and act as a brand ambassador within the industry.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a results-driven, hands-on marketing professional who thrives on delivering tangible outcomes. You’ll be proactive, creative, and focused, with the drive to independently identify and execute opportunities for growth. You’re a self-starter who takes ownership of projects, embraces challenges, and consistently aims to exceed expectations.

  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven Experience: You have a solid background as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics to drive engagement and performance.
  • Essential Technical Skills: Experience with Meta Business Suite, CRM systems (Ideally HubSpot experience), and WordPress for website management and content creation.
  • Creative & Strategic Thinker: Able to develop innovative marketing strategies while aligning with business goals.
  • Project Management: Excellent ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all marketing materials.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Skilled in managing stakeholders and fostering cross-department communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Able to stay calm under pressure, think logically, and approach challenges with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Highly Organised: Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
