KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with Stakeholders from all aspects of the group to understand recruitment needs and priorities.
- Dealing with queries from the business within a timely manner
- To provide professional advice and support to Operational teams.
- Manage open days where required by scheduling applicants and briefing them on required documents to attend with inline with BS7858
- Ensure a great applicant experience by being professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous, and helpful.
- Post job advertisements on job boards, monitoring responses and supporting operational teams with sifting applicants where required
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Excellent communication skill both written and oral
- Experience in recruitment (preferably in a security or FM)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Have a one team approach
- Ability to work unsupervised and take responsibility.
- Problem solving
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office
