KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with Stakeholders from all aspects of the group to understand recruitment needs and priorities.
  • Dealing with queries from the business within a timely manner

     

  • To provide professional advice and support to Operational teams.

     

  • Manage open days where required by scheduling applicants and briefing them on required documents to attend with inline with BS7858

     

  • Ensure a great applicant experience by being professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous, and helpful.

     

  • Post job advertisements on job boards, monitoring responses and supporting operational teams with sifting applicants where required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skill both written and oral
  • Experience in recruitment (preferably in a security or FM)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Have a one team approach
  • Ability to work unsupervised and take responsibility.
  • Problem solving
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office
