Our expansion into Ireland was driven by the needs of our clients.

As more of the organisations we support expanded across the UK and Ireland, they wanted a security partner capable of delivering the same level of professionalism, accountability and customer care across every site.

We established our Ireland operation to meet that need: combining the strength and experience of an established security provider with dedicated Irish leadership, local recruitment and market-specific delivery.

Lenny Cunningham

Head of Operations – North West & Ireland

Lenny has been with Professional Security for 4.5 years and brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience. Having launched 22 venues and worked across the UK, he understands security from a client’s perspective and the importance of protecting the guest experience. Originally from Newry, Ireland, Lenny combines extensive operational expertise with valuable local market knowledge.

Jordan Efobi

Ireland Operations Manager

Jordan oversees operations across the North West and supports the company’s continued growth in Ireland. With a background in hospitality management, Jordan brings strong experience in team leadership, client relationships and operational delivery. He is passionate about developing high-performing security teams, building lasting partnerships and delivering consistently high standards for clients.

Bradley Byrne

Ireland Area Manager

Bradley leads day-to-day operations in Ireland, supporting clients, colleagues and local mobilisation while ensuring every deployment meets our operational and customer-service standards.
