How the Course Works
When you make payment, you will create your e-learning account at the same time. Simply choose a password and complete payment online.
Once payment has been completed, you’ll receive an email verification link.
After verifying your account, you’ll gain access to the Academy learning platform.
Then, log in using the email address and password you created during payment.
Before attending the classroom course, complete all mandatory online learning modules.
Finally, attend your selected 2-day classroom training course and complete the required assessments.
After successfully completing the course, you can proceed with your SIA licence renewal.

Additionally, if you already hold a valid First Aid certificate dated 2025 or 2026, please send a copy to Academy@professionalsecurityuk.com for review.
Complete all mandatory e-learning by 3:00pm at least 2 days before your course starts.
If you do not complete the required learning before this deadline, you cannot attend the classroom course.
Furthermore, we cannot issue a refund where mandatory e-learning remains incomplete.
Therefore, we strongly recommend completing your online learning as early as possible.
