Professional Security is proud to be at the forefront of security solutions across the UK. We are expanding our management team and are seeking an experienced and driven Area Manager to oversee operations across Cambridge, Peterborough, Milton Keynes, and Northampton.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Structuring the weekly rotas
- Organising and conducting weekly recruitment sessions – Recruitment of new door supervisors
- Visiting and auditing your venue staff
- Selling to new clients, visiting existing customers and account managing
- Attending Pubwatch and licensing meetings
- Liaising with local police forces
- Implementing procedures and requests from your Operations Director and the Managing Director.
Essential Skills
- Security: 3 years (preferred)
- Management : 2 years (preferred)
- SIA Licenced (preferred)
