We’re looking for professional, customer-focused Door Supervisors to join our founding Dublin team. The Role
As a Door Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for creating a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for customers, staff and visitors. You’ll act as an ambassador for both our clients and Professional Security, ensuring every interaction is professional, respectful and customer focused.
No two shifts are the same, and you’ll work across a range of premium venues where communication, teamwork and professionalism are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a visible and professional security presence.
- Welcome customers and provide outstanding customer service.
- Carry out ID and age verification checks where required.
- Manage venue entry and exit safely and professionally.
- Monitor venue safety and respond appropriately to incidents.
- De-escalate conflict using excellent communication skills.
- Complete incident reports accurately and promptly.
- Work closely with venue management, emergency services and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
- Represent Professional Security to the highest standard at all times.

Essential Requirements
- Valid PSA Door Supervisor Licence (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Previous experience in the security, hospitality or customer service sectors is desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
