KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Area Managers to drive performance and accountability.
  • Oversee recruitment and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver on KPIs through effective staff deployment and client service.
  • Conduct audits, monitor licences and support staff development.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular meetings and feedback.
  • Carry out 1-2-1 performance reviews and coaching with Area Managers.
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and initiatives across your region.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience of managing an area manager team.
  • Ability to operate well under pressure –running a number or areas/regions.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Good problem-solving methods.
  • Be able to work as part of a team or on your own equally.
  • Good people management skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Commercial awareness.
