Hours: Monday to Friday, 50 hours per week (day shifts)
Location: Arvato Distribution Centre, Corby

Professional Security are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at our client’s busy distribution centre in Corby.

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of the site, leading a high-performing team and maintaining service excellence for our client. You’ll combine strong leadership, communication and organisational skills with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, supervise and motivate a team of Security Officers to deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct site audits and compliance checks in line with company and client procedures.
  • Complete reports, audits and provide regular feedback to the client.
  • Manage rotas and scheduling to ensure full security coverage.
  • Maintain site records, compliance documentation and daily logs.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of on-site officers.
  • Ensure duties are carried out in accordance with legislation and service level agreements.
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, safety and accountability at all times.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Essential:

  • A valid SIA Door Supervision or Security Guarding licence (applications without a licence cannot be considered).

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the security industry.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
  • Intermediate computer literacy and strong reporting ability.
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a cohesive, high-performing team.
