Professional Progression Jordan Efobis: From Hospitality to Security

Before joining Professional Security, Jordan worked in hospitality across the Chester area. While he enjoyed the fast-paced environment, he was keen to explore a new career path that still aligned with his skills and experience.

The opportunity came through Lenny Cunningham, one of our Heads of Operations, who introduced Jordan to the role. Moving into security felt like a natural transition, as the industry works closely alongside hospitality. Importantly, it allowed Jordan to continue working with people while developing his operational experience within a new sector.

As Operations Manager for the North West of England, Jordan oversees the region alongside three highly successful Area Managers. Although the role is varied, his responsibilities focus on three key areas:

Building and maintaining strong client relationships is essential. Jordan ensures service delivery consistently meets and exceeds expectations through clear communication, operational excellence, and a commitment to standing out from competitors.

Door Supervisor Recruitment
Frontline teams are the face of Professional Security. As a result, Jordan plays an active role in recruiting, developing, and supporting door supervisors to ensure high standards are maintained across all sites.

Business Growth & Development
Growing the business across the North West is a key focus. Jordan works to secure new opportunities through networking, referrals, and by showcasing the strength of existing teams to potential clients.
