We want to start the year as we mean to go on, with some exciting news!

We are pleased to announce that New Concept Security Ltd has officially joined our Group, with the acquisition completing just days before Christmas.

Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Blackpool, New Concept Security has grown to become a leading provider of security services across the Northwest with an impressive turnover of circa £6m.

New Concept deliver a comprehensive suite of services including Door Supervision, Guarding, Keyholding, and CCTV & Alarms to a diverse, high-quality client base.  The company also holds Approved Contractor Status for Door Supervision, Guarding, and Keyholding.

New Concept Security will continue to operate independently, supported by our central hub functions to provide a strong platform for accelerated and sustainable growth.

We extend a warm welcome to all New Concept Security colleagues joining the Group. Both founders, Henry (Tommy) Baldwin and David Halliwell, will remain in their leadership roles. Between them, they bring almost six decades of sector-specific experience, further strengthening the depth of expertise across our Group.

Simon George - Head Door Supervisor - Fibre

“Think about it seriously. A lot of people say they fancy having a go, but there’s more to it than that. It’s challenging, long shifts, a lot of standing, a lot of patience – and there’s always a safety risk to yourself and your colleagues.”

And we’re only just getting started.

Alongside the upcoming launch of our new Group brand, we have plans to continue expanding the Group in the coming months. With a strong pipeline of organic growth across all divisions and an ambitious buy-and-build strategy underway, 2026 is shaping up to be a defining year for the Group!
